All bag orders will be processed within 2‑4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidaysShopify. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel. Standard domestic shipping takes 5‑8 business days; expedited shipping arrives in 2‑4 business days for urgent needs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping applies to orders over $75.

For international orders, customers are responsible for local customs duties, import taxes and possible customs clearance delays beyond our control. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather or holiday surges. Please double‑check your shipping address before payment. Contact our support team promptly if your bag is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All claim requests must be submitted within 30 days after estimated delivery date
